The agreement

There is no fixed contract. You can end this agreement at any time by telling us, and we will arrange collection.
You agree to send at least £200 a month of lab work to SmileyWorks while you have the scanner.
The Medit i600 scanner, MacBook, stand, power supply and accessories remain our property (or our supplier's). You do not own them.
You will keep the equipment in good condition, keep it insured, and tell us straight away if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
If the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you agree to pay a charge of £500.
You will not move the equipment to another practice without our written approval.
When the agreement ends, you will make all equipment available for collection.
