Claim your first crown
Offer terms
New practices only, one per practice. Your first single zirconia or lithium disilicate crown is on us (implant crowns excluded), on a private case. UK practices with a GDC-registered dentist. Open until withdrawn; we'll give at least 14 days' notice.
- Who runs the offer. SmileyWorks is a trading name of JTPD Limited, company no. 11581100, registered office Bryn Road Surgery, Cefn Fforest, Blackwood NP12 3NA. JTPD Limited ("we") runs this offer. ICO registration: ZA618423.
- Who can claim. New practices only: a UK dental practice with a GDC-registered dentist that hasn't ordered from SmileyWorks before. This is a trade offer for dental professionals, not for members of the public.
- One per practice. One free crown per practice, not per dentist.
- What's free. One single zirconia or lithium disilicate crown for a private patient case. Implant crowns are excluded. NHS work isn't covered.
- What you pay. Nothing. The crown is free, and so is delivery for UK practices, both sending the case to us and returning the finished crown to your practice. You can withdraw your claim at no cost.
- No obligation. You don't have to place any further orders. No minimum spend or contract applies to this offer.
- How to claim. Fill in the form on this page, or message us on WhatsApp on +44 7549 533823, before you send the case, and tell us it's your first-crown case.
- Turnaround. Up to 10 days.
- When the offer ends. The offer is open until withdrawn. We'll give at least 14 days' notice on this page before it ends, and we'll honour every claim we receive before the end date.
- Other conditions. The free crown has no cash alternative and can't be transferred to another practice. We may refuse a claim only if it doesn't meet these terms, or if we reasonably suspect misuse (for example, a practice that has already claimed, claiming again under another name). If we refuse a claim, we'll tell you why before you send the case.
- Your data. We use your details to handle your claim, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
